Definitions

Service

“Service” means the paid, off-platform, organic marketing and promotion provided to drive legitimate readers to a public Wattpad story link supplied by the Client.

Client

“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the person or entity purchasing the Service and providing the public Wattpad story link for promotion.

Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old (or have parental/guardian consent where required) and have the authority to share and promote the Wattpad story link you provide. You may not use the Service to promote content that violates applicable laws or platform rules.

Service Description

We run targeted, off-platform promotional campaigns designed to drive organic traffic to the public Wattpad story link you provide. Campaigns may utilize social media, reader groups, forums, chat apps, livestream channels, and other relevant channels depending on the story’s niche and target audience. We do not access your Wattpad account or request your login credentials at any time.

Results depend on factors outside our control including story genre, reader interest, Wattpad algorithms, and external platform conditions. While we guarantee the minimum number of reads for each package (tier), other engagement metrics (comments, votes, followers) are dependent on reader behavior and cannot be guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid publicly accessible Wattpad story URL for promotion.
• You must ensure you have the rights to the story and the content you submit for promotion.
• You will not provide false, misleading, or illegal content.
• You understand that we will share the public story link and metadata (title, cover image) solely for promotion.

Reads & Guarantees

Each package lists a guaranteed number of organic reads. The duration displayed for a package describes the maximum promotion window. The order is considered complete when the guaranteed reads are delivered - which often occurs sooner than the maximum window. We cannot guarantee secondary engagement (votes/comments/follows); these are user-driven.

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse promotion for any content that, at our discretion, violates applicable law, intellectual property, or platform rules. Examples of prohibited content include:

• Sexual content involving minors or exploitative material.
• Hate speech or calls for violence.
• Plagiarized content or content you do not own the rights to.
• Illicit activity or content that is illegal in applicable jurisdictions.

If a story is declined before promotion begins, you will receive a full refund. If prohibited content is discovered after promotion begins, we reserve the right to stop the campaign and issue a partial or full refund depending on circumstances.

Refunds & Cancellations

You may request cancellation and a refund at any time prior to the delivery of the guaranteed reads. Once the guaranteed reads have been delivered, refunds are not available except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion (see Refund Policy page for details). To request a refund, contact support with your order ID and story link.

Payment & Billing

Payment is processed via the selected payment provider (e.g., PayPal). You are responsible for the accuracy of billing information. Any fees charged by payment processors (currency conversion, bank fees) are not our responsibility. If a payment is declined or a chargeback occurs, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the service and pursue recovery.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost My Wattpad Story and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, goodwill, or data) arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boost My Wattpad Story and its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Boost My Wattpad Story operates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
